You focus on business decisions. We handle sampling, order follow-up, quality inspection, and door-to-door logistics.

Service Fee: $0, already included in product unit pricing.

If you already have suppliers in China, we can work with them directly and make sure production follows your requirements.

After goods arrive at our warehouse, we run inspections and arrange door-to-door shipping.

Service Fee: 5% of product value, minimum fee $100.

We compare quotes from our suppliers and explain cost differences clearly.

We align samples, quality standards, and production details before mass order.

What's the main difference between Pro Plan and Basic Plan? +

Pro Plan uses our supplier network with service fee included in unit price. Basic Plan works with your own suppliers and charges a service fee.

Can I use both Pro Plan and Basic Plan together? +

Yes. Many clients use Pro Plan for new SKUs and Basic Plan for existing supplier orders.

How is the service fee calculated for low-value mixed orders? +

Basic Plan is 5% of product value, with a minimum service fee of $100 per order batch.

Will you share supplier information from Pro Plan? +

Pro Plan focuses on end-to-end execution. If you need a different cooperation model, we can discuss it before starting.

How do you conduct quality inspections? +

We follow an AQL-based process with checklists, photos, and defect summaries before shipment release.

How do you charge for photography and design support? +

Photo and design are separate optional services. We provide clear quotes by scope before work starts.
