A pallet footprint affects carton count, aisle clearance, forklift access, and container utilization. Confirm height, overhang, and the receiving warehouse’s racking limits before loading.

Measure the carton

Use the packed carton, not the product, and leave room for labels, corner protection, and safe handling.
